A family office built on real estate
Checo is a privately held investment vehicle managed by the Chehebar Family. We seek to acquire or lend against urban real estate in major metro markets and tourist destinations. Checo also maintains a Venture Capital investment arm which invests in start-up companies in the technology space.
Our real estate is held through Checo Acquisitions, our lending through Checo Funding, and our venture investments through Checo Ventures.
